Gracie AI SMS Messaging Program

Gracie AI is an SMS messaging service operated by RT Indianapolis LLC. Gracie AI provides customer care and account notification messages including reminders, notes, scheduling updates, and general business communications on behalf of Rick Thomas.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Gracie AI by sending a text message to the Gracie AI business phone number. By sending a message, you consent to receive SMS messages from Gracie AI related to customer care and account notifications. You may also opt in by texting START to the business phone number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. You may receive messages in response to your inquiries, as well as account-related notifications such as reminders and scheduling updates.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Gracie AI. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may also text UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is supported on major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
